Weekends I am often booked on parties, so if you are calling on the weekend,
I may not get back to you until Monday morning.

Rates:

Monday - Thursday $125 for (90 minutes)
Friday, Saturday & Sunday $175 for (
90 minutes)


*** Additional Charges ***

Long Distance Parties:
If your party location is more than one hour's drive from Santa Rosa, we may negotiate a reasonable driving charge to compensate the performer for her extra time and gas.

Extra Time
:
If you want your performer to stay beyond our regular visit of 90 minutes, her rate is $40 per 1/2 hour.

More Than Twenty Children
:
If your event will have more than twenty children, we may negotiate an additional fee for the performer, depending on the nature of the event and whether we will be the only performer there to entertain the entire crowd.

Our Policies:

Payments:
Once your party is reserved, there is a $100 deposit due (within three days of your booking). This deposit is credited toward your balance. On the day of your event the remaining balance is payable in cash.

I am a small company (one person in fact), so I don’t currently take credit cards. Please mail your check or money order (made out to TLC Parties) to:

Please put your child’s name and the date and time of your party on the memo line of your check. Thank you.

***Please know that TLC Parties has a $30 returned check charge (if your check does not clear your account).

Cancellation and Change Policy:
Once you book a day and time for your child's party, I will save that time for you in my schedule. After the party is booked, the space is being held and the deposit is due within three days. Because I depend on bookings for my livelihood, if you cancel your party I must retain the booking deposit.

However, “life happens” and sometimes plans change, so it is TLC Parties’ general policy to not charge for a change. I do my best to accommodate changes requested with at least 48 hours notice. If you call with less than 48 hours of notice, I may not be able to replace the spot your party leaves in my schedule and the cancellation policy must apply.
